USVI Today's Hurricane Relief Effort

Please take a moment to think about the lives of those devastated by Hurricane Irma, donate if you can, and share. Any little bit will help the recovery team during this trying time in America’s paradise.

YouCaring Virgin Islands Relief Fund

“I was 13 years old when Hurricane Hugo ripped through my home town in the Virgin Islands, and had my life and community forever changed.  I know exactly what kind of devastation a hurricane of this magnitude can cause and want to do all I can to aid in the relief efforts for the islanders.

With your help, I will match financial donations up to $1,000,000 for relief efforts in the US Virgin Islands. In addition, I am also hoping to raise an additional $1,000,000 through this ask in relief supplies for this area.” ~Organizer, Tim Duncan

Kenny Chesney's Love for Love City Foundation Benefiting Irma Disaster Relief

St. Thomas, USVI Relief Fund

“Good Day, STT just was hit by a category 5 hurricane this past Wednesday. We have island wide destruction. We are an island in the Caribbean…so most of our food comes in via ships. Our island has been devastated by the most powerful storm in recorded history. Many people are asking how they can help to send relief packages and/or money. I also work for a non-profit agency My Brothers Workshop. Our facilities have survived and we will turn our workshop and cafe into relief centers. Our workshop team will focus on getting people out and helping seniors and people who need special assistance. Our cafe will turn into a feeding center to feed people as it may takes months to recover. We have lost all power and Internet and probably will be without that for weeks or months. So, if you want to contribute, this fund will be used directly by MBW to provide necessary help and hope to an island that desperately needs thank you.” ~Organizer, Jenny Hawkes
